Sports News Blitz racing tipster Jeff Mexico has studied the weekend cards and picked out his best bets at York, Sandown and Chester.
The selections include win and each-way tips across several competitive handicaps and Listed races.

As a result, punters have several opportunities to find potential winners and each-way contenders.

Win tip: Bolo Neighs
Bolo Neighs arrives after a convincing Ascot handicap success. The four-year-old remains relatively lightly raced for a sprinter.
He has also won over six furlongs on soft ground. Therefore, his ability to handle different conditions is a positive.
Drawn in stall three, he should secure a prominent position early in the race.
Each-way tip: Miraculous
Miraculous has already won over this course and distance. That record makes him interesting at Chester.
His recent runs came on straight tracks, where he did not look entirely comfortable. A return to Chester could therefore bring out his best.
13:50 (York) – The Queen Mother’s Cup Handicap
Win tip: Chillingham
Chillingham won the Queen Mother’s Cup 12 months ago under Becky Smith. The jockey reunites with him for another attempt at the race.
York is expected to provide good-to-firm ground. Chillingham has produced some of his best recent efforts on quicker surfaces.
The return to 1m4f also looks well suited to his strengths.
Each-way tip: No Knee Never
No Knee Never arrives with recent form that suggests he can continue improving.
He also carries a relatively light weight compared with several exposed older rivals. Therefore, he could prove dangerous if he takes another step forward.
14:10 (Chester) – The Ladbrokes Get More With Racing Bet Builder Handicap
Win tip: Comic Hero
Comic Hero has shown one of the strongest upward profiles among the leading contenders.
He travels well and can maintain his effort through the closing stages. His form also suggests he is capable of handling more than a six-furlong speed test.
Each-way tip: Penny Time
Penny Time has already shown that he can compete in large fields.
He looks more race-savvy than several of his rivals. Consequently, he could stay on strongly enough to challenge for a place.
14:25 (York) – The Sky Bet Supporting Macmillan Handicap Stakes
Win tip: Mirabeau
Mirabeau has competed successfully in stronger company and possesses the ability to win a race of this nature.
His profile suggests that valuable seven-furlong handicaps suit him well. He should also benefit from a strongly run contest.
Several rivals are better known for smaller races. Mirabeau, however, looks comfortable when the pace is strong and rivals begin to weaken late.
Each-way tip: Recency Bias
Recency Bias still looks capable of finding further improvement.
He can travel into contention late in the race. Even if stronger rivals prove too good, he has the profile to fight for a place.

Win tip: Al Qareem
Small field so just the one tip, and it’s Al Qareem who shines the most. York brings out the best in him. Won this race last year and has repeatedly run to a high level on the Knavesmire. His second behind Illinois in the Group 3 Ormonde Stakes at Chester is arguably the strongest recent piece of form in this field.
15:17 (Sandown) – The Read Meg Nicholls’ Blog At BetMGM.uk Handicap
Win tip: Cash
Al Qareem is the only selection in this small-field contest.
York has brought out the best in him. He won this race last year and has repeatedly performed at a high level on the Knavesmire.
His second behind Illinois in the Group 3 Ormonde Stakes at Chester also stands out as strong recent form.
15:17 Sandown – The Read Meg Nicholls’ Blog At BetMGM.uk Handicap
Win tip: Cash
Cash is now seven years old, but he continues to show strong Class 2 handicap form.
Many of his rivals are still trying to prove themselves at this level. Cash, by contrast, has already demonstrated that he can compete successfully in these races.
His consistency also makes him an interesting option for punters.
Each-way tip: Circus Of Rome
Circus Of Rome remains less exposed than several of his rivals.
His recent form suggests that he continues to improve since moving into handicaps. Therefore, he may not have reached his full potential yet.

Win tip: Post Modern
Post Modern remains lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement.
His connections will hope he can take another step forward in this competitive sprint.
Each-way tip: Back To Me
Back To Me arrives after finishing second at Hamilton on good-to-firm ground.
That run suggests he is thriving in the current conditions. He is also lightly raced and may still have more improvement to come.
The ground should suit him well, making him an interesting each-way contender.
15:55 (Sandown) – The Bet £10 Get £40 With BetMGM Handicap Stakes
Win tip: Sovereign Ocean
Sovereign Ocean could be overlooked because he lacks the fashionable profile of some of his rivals.
However, his form suggests that he can compete strongly from his current mark. He also has room to progress over this trip and at Sandown.
Each-way tip: Archer Royal
Archer Royal is one of the least exposed runners in the field.
He has already done enough to earn a rating of 92. As a result, his current price could offer each-way value.
