William Hill ambassador Gavin Cromwell is positive about his chances of retaining the Velká Pardubická with Final Orders on Sunday afternoon.
Speaking to William Hill, Cromwell said: “Final Orders is over in Pardubice now having travelled for the past few days and arriving on Wednesday evening.
“We’re looking forward to the race and hopefully things go as well as they did last year with Stumptown.
“There is a fair chance of getting proper good ground there and we know he enjoys that.
“He has proven himself on the cross-country circuit, so he deserves his chance at this.
“Stumptown brought home the trophy last year and this year we’re giving Final Orders a crack at it.
“Hopefully, we can keep the trophy this time around.
“It’s a unique race and it took an awful lot out of Stumptown last year.
“It’s a tough race but it’s also a long journey there and back.
“We won’t rush Final Orders back and we’ll be aiming him at the Cross Country at the Cheltenham Festival.”
