AAward-winning Fort Wayne Country Club Director of Racquet Sports takes on a fractional advisory role with American manufacturer Off The Glass to help grow the sport across the US country club sector
FORT WAYNE, Indiana – October 1, 2026 – Brock Orlowski, Director of Racquet Sports at Fort Wayne Country Club, is backing padel as the next major opportunity for American country clubs.
Orlowski is one of the respected figures in American racquet sports. He also serves on the RSPA Midwest board.
In addition, he earned the 2025 RSPA Top Education Earner award. He has also won Indiana Professional of the Year twice, in 2023 and 2026.
Orlowski has now taken a fractional advisory role with Indiana-based padel court manufacturer Off The Glass. He will focus on helping country clubs adopt padel across the United States.
However, he will remain in his full-time role at Fort Wayne Country Club.
Padel Could Be the Next Country Club Opportunity
Country clubs have seen major changes in racquet sports before.
Tennis became a key amenity for generations of members. More recently, pickleball quickly moved from a novelty to a popular club offering.
Orlowski believes padel could follow the same path.
The sport combines social play with an accessible format. It also focuses heavily on doubles competition.
As a result, Orlowski wants country clubs to recognise the opportunity early. He also wants clubs to create a strong foundation for padel in America.

A Major Opportunity for American Country Clubs
The potential market is significant.
The United States has around 4,000 private golf and country clubs. Together, those clubs have more than two million members.
Yet only around 1% of those clubs currently offer padel.
Therefore, Orlowski sees a major opportunity for the sport.
His goal is to help clubs understand the potential of padel. He also wants to help them build a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Why Brock Orlowski Chose Off The Glass
“This is about growing the game, and highlighting the opportunity with padel that exists for America’s large country club sector,” said Orlowski.
“I’ve watched first hand how tennis and then pickleball reshaped club life, and there’s no doubt to me that padel is the next phase.
“It’s a question of when, not if, we see the country club sector build out padel for its members at scale.
“For me to realize this ambition, working with an American manufacturer that builds everything here, isn’t exposed to tariffs, and has the intense knowledge of the US domestic landscape, was a no brainer.
“The long-term thinking that Brevin and his team have for the industry is what drew me to Off The Glass,” he added.
Off The Glass Backs Padel Growth
Brevin Bennett, co-founder of Off The Glass, also sees country clubs as central to the growth of padel in America.
“Padel’s growth in America depends on getting the foundations right, and country clubs will be central to that,” said Bennett.
“Clubs think in decades, not seasons, and so do we.
“Brock is one of the most credible voices in racquet sports, and his commitment to education is exactly what the industry needs as padel takes its rightful place alongside tennis and pickleball.”
