Lando Norris’ LN4 Fusion team has shown promising pace ahead of its debut FIA Formula 3 season in 2027. The team impressed during post-season testing at Jerez and Barcelona over the past two weeks.
LN4 Fusion has also announced its entry into FIA Formula 2 for 2027. The team already competes in the FRECA Championship and Italian and German Formula 4.

Who are LN4 Fusion’s three F3 drivers?
LN4 Fusion has signed James Egozi, Gabriel Gomez and Dion Gowda for the 2027 FIA Formula 3 season.
All three drivers bring experience from different junior racing categories. They have also achieved notable results before stepping up to F3.
James Egozi: American talent with Red Bull experience
James Egozi is an 18-year-old American racing driver. He previously belonged to the Red Bull junior programme.
The programme has helped several young drivers reach Formula 1. Recent examples include Isack Hadjar and Arvid Lindblad.
Egozi competed in Eurocup-3 during the 2025/2026 season. He raced for Palou Motorsport and secured a victory at Portimão in Portugal.
His experience and recent results make him an important addition to LN4 Fusion’s F3 line-up.
Gabriel Gomez: Formula Winter Series champion
Brazilian driver Gabriel Gomez enters F3 after a successful season in junior racing.
The 20-year-old won the 2025 Formula Winter Series championship. He also competed in Formula Regional with Rodin Motorsport.
Gomez finished 14th in the overall Formula Regional standings. He will now take the next step in his racing career with LN4 Fusion in 2027.
Dion Gowda: British-Indian driver joins the team
Dion Gowda completes LN4 Fusion’s three-driver line-up. The 18-year-old British-Indian driver has experience in British Formula 4 and Formula Regional.
Gowda competed with Van Amersfoort Racing in Formula Regional during 2025. He finished 12th in the championship.
Before that, he raced for Prema in British F4 and secured two podium finishes.
Prema has a strong record in junior racing. Several current Formula 1 drivers previously competed with the team, including 2026 F1 champion Kimi Antonelli.
How did LN4 Fusion perform in F3 post-season testing?
All three drivers debuted with LN4 Fusion at F3 post-season testing, with the highest finisher for Jerez being James Egozi in P6.
During the Barcelona test, Egozi finished third, with teammate Gowda finishing ahead in second.
The 2027 Formula 3 season officially begins racing in March at the Bahrain circuit, with pre-season testing taking place in February.
LN4 Fusion’s future plans
LN4 Fusion team principal Rene Rosin looks forward to the upcoming season, and has stated he is focused on creating the right environment to succeed in the junior racing categories.
The team also works with Norris’ personal legacy programme to provide mental and financial support for all their drivers, with the aim of providing the next generation of drivers with the skills to make their way to a seat in F1.
LN4 Fusion has yet to announce any drivers for their F2 season, as well as any drivers for their respective Italian and German F4 teams.
